Welcome to the MyWebButtons.com library! Here you will find thousands of buttons in very unique colors and shapes. No two button sets will be the same! To access a set of buttons select it from the dropdown list at the upper right of this page.
We have 200 sets of "generic" buttons that use solid colors along with the mouseover functionality. Great for when you need a simply stated button. Click the links below to access these buttons:

Notes on image formats and transparency
Nearly all of the buttons on this site will be in PNG format. Some older browsers may not display them properly. With Easy Web Buttons you will also be able to edit the button template to save the image set out as transparent GIF images and you will be able to display these images onto any color background.
Installing Buttons onto your page
Below are the steps you will need to follow to add any of the sets to your web page. Follow them and you can modify the HTML code to remove buttons that you do not need if you are planning on using the Javascript Mouseover code.
When you find a button set you like click on one of the buttons and a zip file will start to download. Unzip this file to a directory. Copy all the caption buttons that you want to use to your web page directory as well as the javabtns.htm file. You can copy/paste the HTML in the javabtns.htm file directory to your web page and then edit out the parts you do not need. See the instructions below for doing this.

Copy of javabtns.htm
Looking at the file above you can see the button captions at pointer #1. If you do not need any particular button for your site just remove the line of HTML code for the button you do not want.
Pointer #2 is where you will want to edit the code to enter the URL of the web page you want to link to with this button.
Editing Buttons
Each set also comes with the template file used to create the button with Easy Web Buttons. With Easy Web Buttons you can quckly make changes to any button set you want. Load the .3DB file into Easy Web Buttons and make the changes you want. Then save and export your button set. To export your images as transparent buttons you will need to set the background color to a color that does not appear in your button. Under the Options menu you will also want to check the menu item for GIF transparency.
(Be sure to copy these images to your server as they will not appear on your site if you link directly to our images.)
